All products from our training catalog are shipped via UPS Ground in the USA and Canada. The US Postal Service is our preferred shipping partner for orders to the UK, Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.

Products are normally shipped within 24 hours of ordering every Monday through Friday from our USA distribution center located in the Midwest. US orders are usually delivered within 5 business days. Canadian orders, within 7 business days. Anything involving an ocean or a hemisphere between you and our Chicago warehouse, please allow 14 business days.
